Neighborhood: Midtown East

by William Bekisz

Known as being a part of the Plaza District, Midtown East, refers to the area of between 42nd and 59th Streets, and between 5th Avenue and the East River. It is the home to some of the tallest and most iconic buildings in the city, such as the Chrysler Building.

Although, Midtown East is an all business by day epicenter for corporate experts, professionals and entrepreneurs, it’s also home to a world-class high-rise cultural and night scene, with its myriad of restaurants, bars and options for shopping.
