Aaron was incredibly disrespectful and frustrating to deal with. I rented a condo through his boss and Aaron was responsible for sending the moving company authorization form to the building. He repeatedly demanded confirmations about faxing the signed form, and still acted doubtful even after I assured him multiple times that I would fax it on that same day - which I did. On move-in day, the concierge told me the movers couldn’t enter because the authorization form had never been received. When I called Aaron, he insisted I never faxed it, even as I explained repeatedly that I had. After I finally worked it out directly with the concierge and finished moving, Aaron called and told me - laughing - that he had received the fax and shredded it. He repeated that he “shredded it” like it was something to brag about. At no point did he apologize for the delay, or for the disruption and stress he caused on move-in day. Completely unprofessional.

Katerina was a huge help in Helping source an apartment after I relocated. Her expertise and knowledge of the area was invaluable and her organisation of an afternoon of viewings made things incredibly straightforward. Would absolutely recommend her services, can’t thank her enough!

They had me prepare all the necessary documentation in advance and created a plan that maximized my time in New York City to view numerous apartments. Katerina were incredibly responsive to my feedback and wishlist, and I left on the second day with an approved lease. I’m extremely happy with the team and their services. I would most certainly use them again.
