- Residents are responsible for electricity/gas with Con-Edison and cable/internet with Verizon FIOS.
- There is a $50.00 charge for each lost key.
- All Exhibit Downtown residents are required to obtain Renter's Insurance with $300,000.00 in personal liability coverage and $100,000.00 in personal property coverage.
- Late rent payment fees - lesser of $50.00 or 5% of the monthly rent.
